The FAIR Foundation is dedicated to fair and equitable distributions of Nation Institutes of Health (NIH) research funds for all diseases, including the sixteen that kill more Americans than AIDS.

In various speeches and interviews, Dr. Darling gave video and PowerPoint presentations to hundreds of citizens and he educated audiences regarding The FAIR Foundation policies, the organ-donor crisis in this country (each person has the potential to save eight lives by being an organ donor), and on his book, Coma Life, which has brought such hope to patients throughout the country. The profits of Coma Life are entirely dedicated to the promotion of organ donation and hepatitis C research.
