DO YOU HAVE
LIVER DISEASE OR HEPATIS?
Have you given up hope
or been told there’s no hope?
Join our monthly support group and benefit from the experience, strength and hope from those whose lives have changed through Hep C treatment, or liver transplantation.
The FAIR Foundation Liver Disease and Transplant Support Group provides emotional and educational support, referral information and strong peer support. We also bring in health professionals to answer your questions. Physicians specializing in the treatment of liver disease and Hepatitis, transplantation surgeons, dieticians, and social service experts are there to help you understand and manage your disease.
You’ll get answers to your questions with more personal interactions and feedback than you would normally find in a doctor’s office or a hospital setting. We are here to support you. You become part of our family.
The meetings are FREE and open to anyone with liver disease, caregivers, family members or anyone who knows someone with liver disease. For more information, contact Cathy Teal at 323.353.8031 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
When appropriate, we provide referral for transplant.
